Temporary Road Closure on C2070 Suckley from 26th of August 2026

We have received notification from Worcestershire County Council of a road closure on C2070 Suckley. It is due to commence on the 26th of August for utility work by Openreach. More details can be found in the announcement below...

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2070 Suckley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: to close that part of C2070 Suckley from its junction with U62214 Church Lane to its junction with C2064 Malvern Hills Boundary to Longley Green.

Reason: Utility Work by Openreach

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2070 Suckley (part), C2244 Suckley, C2244 Crews Hill, C2244 Workhouse Bank, C2233 Alfrick, C2064 Alfrick Pound, C2064 Longley Green to Stocks Lane Alfrick, C2064 Longley Green, C2064 Malvern Hills Boundary to Longley Green and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 26th of August 2026
