Notice of Vacancy in Office of Councillor

A casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for Suckley Parish Council following the resignation on Wednesday 19th of August 2026 of Councillor Andrew Mansell. If by 9th of September 2026 a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer by ten electors for the parish, an election will be held to fill the vacancy. Otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option. If an election is called, it will take place not later than 9th of December 2026.
